Screen flip for any Mame vertical game?

Hey guys,
  I'm doing some googling and thinking about ways to do it but as always I'd love input from here.

I'm building a vertically oriented cocktail for head to head play and I'd love to have ALL games flip the screen for player two.

Of course, I'm going into setup for each game and setting the cab type for cocktail and the games that support it are working for screen flip no problem.

Problem is there are some games that don't support it.
Is there a way to do this through the magic of software?
I would think it may be possible through some type of batch file or something but I'm still unsure how to go about it.
