Control Panel Template Help

I am starting my cabinet tonight and it will be an Evolution clone.  I have all the plans/measurements I need except I'm struggling getting the control panel template printed.  I downloaded the template from this thread: http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,117641.msg1246288.html#msg1246288

When look at the graphic on my mac, it looks fine.  I took it to Kinko's to get printed and there is a big white box over where the control panel buttons/joystick/trackball go.  I'm assuming it has something to do with the layers.  Anyway, I tried to convert to PDF, but then the scaling is off (it now prints on a 8x10 sheet).  Can someone help me create a PDF version of the template that I can take to Kinko's to get printed to the correct size?

Ideally, I would like two spinners versus the 4 way joystick and spinner on the original template.  I will also be using 2 buttons in the upper comers (for the coin button and player start) but will not be using the 3rd button on the template (left and right mouse buttons), but I can make those adjustments when cutting the wood.
