I'll look for the posts I pulled that from.  I had the book marks on my old laptop and formatted the drive so I have to look for them again.  Give me a couple hours and I'll look when I get home.

Let me check my source before you start letting the MDF fly...

Off of the top of your head HaRuMaN how much would you charge for a CNC kit for a cabaret?

1/2" ply for something that big...  I dunno about that. I was thinking 3/4" classic core maple

Phet clearly states here what post on KLOV to read.  I found that if you start reading from Page 5 and on you should find what you need.

Seriously.  If anyone wants to cut me one up and send it my way I would have no problem with that...

Thinking about it Rick is in the GTA, if you're serious, and Lee isn't going to cut any, your best bet would be to have Rick cut one and drive it over to Buffalo to ship.

Who said I'm not gonna cut any?

In all seriousness how much would it cost to cut and ship to West Virginia or Michigan HaRuMaN?

Rough rough rough estimate, ~$400 + shipping.  Guessing shipping would be $150, with zip codes I could make better guesses.

(I'd like to make one for myself that will accept a horizontal 19" 20EZ, and standard Nintendo metal control panels.  ;D think: Widebody cabaret)

Should be doable -- figure if you use the standard height for the sides of 51 3/4" that would leave 2 22" strips for the inner panels ( 96 - 51.75 - 0.125 (saw blade thickness) = 44.125 and again - 0.125 for the blade thickness would leave 2 48 x 22 inch strips for the inner panels on 1 sheet (then you'd probably need one 24 x 48 inch panel also cut down to 22 inches to have enough for all of the panels.

So could probably cut a 22 inch wide ( 23 1/2" outer dimension if using 3/4 inch thickness) cabaret with one 4x8 foot and 1 2x4 foot panel of wood.

Yes, but for the amount I mess up on the table saw, I'm buying 50 sheets of half inch.

Do like me and use scrap to practice.  It will be worth it in the end.

I'll look for the posts I pulled that from.  I had the book marks on my old laptop and formatted the drive so I have to look for them again.  Give me a couple hours and I'll look when I get home.

Since the schematics were pulled by request - I think the thread you had bookmarked with them was ( http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,136459.40.html ) in case you have a hard time finding it !

Yes, but for the amount I mess up on the table saw, I'm buying 50 sheets of half inch.

Don't think you'll need that many spares - figure there really are not very many difficult angles in this so just getting the pieces needed and having the hardware store make a few cuts on their saw would make it pretty easy ( have them cut the sheet at 51 3/4" and then make 2 22 inch pieces from the remainder and if needed have them cut the 51 3/4" x 48" piece in half so the 2 sides are almost setup and the boards will be easier to load into the car/truck - figure that would be 4 simple cuts on their saw and you'd have the 2 sides and 2 22 x 48" strips ( might also get a 24x48" sheet and have them cut it to 22x48 while at it and you should have enough to cut the inner pieces ( Top, Back, kickplate, Bezel, CP, etc.)  for about $0.50 if they actually charge you for the extra cuts ( IIRC they will usually do 2 free per sheet and then charge 10 or 20 cents for additional cuts)

Yeah. I gotta do everything up in cad anyway so that my CNC guy can convert it to machine code.

In any case, what sized monitors went in these?

13" Sanyo DK Cocktail

If recreating I'd definitely go a bit wider on the cab and make room for a larger monitor !
