Looking for plans similar to the following link

I plan on modifying the part for the LCD to accommodate a 42" LCD on a rotating mount so I can easily move the TV from landscape to portrait so I can experience classic vertical screen games in their full glory. So I am really looking for a nice starting point on the front half and the back part I can probably fiddle my way through it and see what I can make happen.

I am also not sure if I am going to go 2 or 4 players, as of right now I am leaning towards 2 players as I wouldn't mind having a pair of guns installed for shooting games, so that might tie up enough space to make 4p not feasible.
