Kade or ThrustVector?

Howdy! I'm no stranger to wiring up game sticks, being chest deep in a daytona and fiddling with cherry switches till they click right.

I have a question though.

I was recently blessed by the arcade gods and came apon a swath of spares and rares.

I was wondering if using a set of Kade chips instead of my thrustvector would be an easier proposition, as Kade's use less power, multiple flashable layouts, and that I can plug the USB Cables into two different machines (what if the missus fancy's pacman on the big screen while I'm going at blazblue?)

I really, really like the thrustvector, but it seems to be a bit excessive considering my default layout is ABCD/WXYZ and digital at that.

It's currently housed in a gutted Hotrod carefully resurrected from the ashes , the Lights aren't up yet and the sticks are temporarily chicken wired to the inside since they are Zippyy sticks and thus don't match the bolt pattern haha

Oh, here's my previous Invention and what I consider to be my default layout, The SuperLite 3.0, Adorned with the remnants of the box that housed my favorite Motherboard. (the first two were completely cardboard )

The Basket did say it was Multipurpose.... haha

Assembly:
$2 Multipurpose Basket
$15 El Cheapo Chinese Made 8 way only LS-32 Knockoff
$13 Cheap Playstation Digital Only Style Gamepad (Specifically Researched for the solder-able pads)
10 Illuminated buttons taken from a binned Speaker Testing Machine (They had Cherry's!!!!)

Total It cost about $30 to put together.

Not sure what a ThrustVector is.  A quick googling only comes up with a jet combat game on Steam.  More info maybe?

Kade is online.  Stay away from things that don't have active support.  If company went under, support is less than likely.

It seems like the kade would be the choice if it better fits your needs. Of course unless budget is an issue, seeing how you already have the other one.

Well, I swapped out the big honkin' encoder for a Dual Set of PS3 Mode Kade's, here's a pic of it with P1 Plugged in with a little extension cable for the laptop.  basically my plan is to stick in some 6ft extension cables which is easy peasy.

I switched the Zippyy's out for Seimitsu sticks per my friend's personal preference though and I thought, eh, why not, it don't bother me none.
