4 way controller replacement piece needed, please help

Hello all, After some downtime, I am back into my arcade heaven. Thanks to Bird Tales I have a working machine and am now creating one control panel instead of swapping 2. I am at work right now and am ordering some parts I need, but I cannot remember where Bird Tales showed me to get the part. Basically it is a 4 way controller with a ball on top and leaf on bottom. One of the rubber pieces that a leaf comes out fo has broken and I know it was a small inexpensive part but cannot remember where to get it nor do I know the correct terminology for that component. Any help is appreciated and I am glad to see the side art layout I created is being used by a few of you.
