Rowe Ami R-91 auto play won't stop

Hi. My friend have a rowe ami R-91 that have a problem. last week, we listen music that we have selected and sudently, the jukebox begin to play all the disc one after one. There is no way to stop it. Power off, then on...disconect power cord....nothing work.

in the service manual, they talk about autoplay feature. we try to cancel it but don't work too.

please, someone can help us with it

If you have the manual, go into progamming and set the autoplay to off.
