WTT: Game stuff for a good desktop PC - KY

My desktop PC is very outdated.  It's time to upgrade.  I have tons of video game, arcade game, and board game related items up for trade.  As well as older and retro pc components like keyboards, CRT monitors, and laptops. 

I need a PC that can handle most modern computing tasks, including streaming 1080p video.  Hard drives, operating systems and the like do not need to be included if you'd rather keep that stuff. 

Looking for something with a value in the $100-$300 range.
