Heya  - while rebuilding my list of arcade related bookmarks I stumbled on this company, heck I even ordered a couple leaf spring ball tops from them!

UPDATE!

Well, I got my leaf spring 8 ways from Valcasales.com.

Have to say i'm pretty dissapointed. I sent 2 inquiries after the sale, one on another product (in stock?) and one after 5 days had passed to get a tracking number.

First question took a couple days, next question hasn't been answered yet (only been a couple days to be fair).

When you deal with someone like Andy at Ultimarc, you get spoiled.

Now the "4/8 way Wico style leaf spring Joystick"

First off the top and bottom bases sport a diamond shaped cutout for the shaft to slip through, so the advertised 8 way action isn't going to work very well as its obviously restricted along the diagnals. The ball top seems to be a softer, cheaper plastic as well. I would have to say DONT BUY.

Short of shipping them back at my cost and hoping for a refund I'm going to drill out the bases to unrestrict the movement and hope for the best. Wish me luck.

p.s.
Dangit Andy, for the love of god I want to give you more of my hard earned money. Expand your product line!!!
