Greetings:

Ultimarc has made their current "hard" springs softer due to customer demand. I'm not sure when the switch occurred exactly, but my first two Ultrastik 360's (with the harder springs) were purchased over a year ago.  My newer two ultrastik 360's have the newer, softer springs.  This is confirmed by Andy from Ultimarc.

If anyone has any extras of the older and harder springs, please PM me or reply here. I will pay for them and the shipping.

Thanks.
