I have a project mini cabinet that belongs to my daughter, but she doesn't use it any more and would like to sell it. Asking $200 or trade for something my daughter could use.

CURRENT CONDITION:
Cosmetically the game is very nice. Electronically, it is not useful so it will probably need to be converted to something else. More on that below. This was built from a NOS mini cabinet. It was red originally, I painted the sides purple and added white formica to the top, front, and control panel.

ELECTRONICS:
This was basically a PC setup that she used to play a few kid PC games and Internet websites like PBSkids.org. When I set this up, I added a new illuminated trackball, Keywiz optical encoder, new buttons. The monitor is a 17" de-cased PC monitor. There is also a separate power supply powering a 100 watt Sony amp (no speakers currently). The whole cabinet is set to a 1-button power on (on the top). The PC is an Athlon 1700, maybe 0.5-1G of RAM. Essentially the PC will need replaced or this will need to be converted to a real arcade PCB game. It could potentially be used with very little work as a MAME trackball cabinet, set up to play some kid PC games, or something similar.

HISTORY:
I picked up two NOS cabinets of this type years ago. One I installed The Simpsons into and sold at a show. This one I set up as described here, for my first daughter's 2 year old birthday. She is about to turn 8, and she plays the real arcade games, pinball, xbox360, ipad, etc. There's no point for me to convert this to something else for my kids, so hopefully someone else could use this for smaller kids.

Any other questions, feel free to post here or email me directly at wadelanham at Hotmail.com.

Thanks,
Wade
