  • I want to build my own arcade controls!
Hi there.

I have a mame cabinet for which I have bought illuminated pushbuttons and balltops for the sticks. I have this annoying problem that I have complimentary colours on the leds in the balltops, meaning red is cyan, green is magenta and blue is yellow. All the pushbuttons have the correct colours. I have wired them all to my ipac ultimate I/O in the same way. When I use the LED Blinky simple test I also notice that full intensity lights all the pushbuttons, but not the balltops and no intensity lights the balltops, but not the pushbuttons.

What can the problem be? It annoys the heck out of me.

Please help me if you can.

Once again I solved the problem from another source. You need to uncheck the enable high-current outputs in WinIpac2.
