I need a couple parts for an E Stik (Ultimarc)

I need the threaded black collar that tightens the mount to the control panel and the rubber washer that goes between the collar and the panel as well. An Eclip wouldnt hurt either !! LOL

Ultimarc sells these E stiks but if anybody just happens to have those parts lyiing around from an old one, Id be looking to buy them....
