Twisted Quarter Coin Door Question
« on: March 25, 2015, 06:24:32 pm »
I just received my 4 player coin door from TS and I don't see the mounting hardware in the box.  Do these doors normally come with the clips and screws or am I on my own?

Thanks,
AJ

I don't know what that particular one comes with, but I would suspect that is comes with the mounting hardware. In the pic below, it has silver Door Clips that hold it against the wood. If yours didn't come with that, then I guess you need some more parts.

Here is the Suzo Happ part:

Ok.  I got the straight scoop on this.  I called TQ and was told that my coin door should have had the clips and screws with it and that the assembler who probably built my order is no longer with the company.  Long story short:  they're in the mail.

Thanks TQ for awesome customer service!

Glad to hear you got it squared away.
I thought it seemed a little odd that it wouldn't come with it.

That's good they're just sending them right out. I remember seeing some complaints once about TQ but I've gotta say, I've ordered from them a few times and never had an issue.

I ordered my 2-player door from them about a month ago and it didn't get any hardware either. I just assumed that it didn't come with any. I already got some carriage bolts, large washers and nuts... I would have contacted them if I had known better. Glad you posted this here.

Give them a call.  It might be worth it.  I had my order verification number and he was able to look it right up.
