Seeburg 3WA contact arm issue

Hello,

New here to the forum and new to getting jukeboxes up and running. 

I have a Seeburg 3WA.  I have powered the unit up, put a coin in it, and make a selection. When I select from a Letter from of the second row then select a number the contact arm will rotate and stop but after a quick pause will rotate again and again until it is out of plays.  The mechanical device behind the letters will reset the letter and number that was selected but it too will act/move as if another selection was made.  Does anyone know how to fix this issue or where the issue is coming from?  Thanks all!
