Problem with UltraStick 360

The mapping software can't see my joystick, but windows sees it. I haven't used this joystick ever (purchased several years ago. I don't remember what I have installed on it last time). I want to get it ready for possible rotary mystery thing at the end of this month. I might switch from Seimitsu to U360 on my panel

 What should I do?
