joystick replacement 4 ways, non original pac man panel

Hi,

I am restoring a non original pac man cabinet but the joystick of the panel has already been changed. It has 5 cm distance frome srew to screw (square)
Unfortunately I can't find any joystick with these measures.

Does anyone know which joystick I should use for replacement?
