NSM ES-VI Emerald Ice Title Mechanism
« on: December 06, 2014, 06:33:03 am »
Hoping someone may be able to give me some pointers as to what an issue may be that I am having!

Today, on booting up my jukebox i noticed that the title cards would only rotate one direction both with the rocker switch on the front of the jukebox, and on the title card holder switch board!. At first I thought it could either be the switch board of the motors, so having a spare title board system I swapped these over but still the same problem.

After swapping back to the original, the title mech won't rotate in any direction now, So I think we can rule out the motor and title control board, do you know what else could be causing this issue?

as a rule this is caused by 1 or more of the title strip's binding, what u need to do is remove all of them make sure there is no dog ear's on the corner of your title strip's,
then put in the back 2 first..now do not reach all the way to back to do this..
place them in the first set of left or right worm gear's,then use the right button or left depending on which side u started and keep pressing it 1 at a time until the first 2 load to the back,1 on the left 1 on the right,do the rest in the same fanison..
in no time u will have all 100 title re-loaded and moving propley..
if this fail's post me back i will walk u through the worm gear's
