Space Ace Control Panel Repair

Hey everyone,  I need to get some info.  I am in the process of restoring my Space Ace "Swiss cheese" control panel.  What I need to find out is:
1. What size carriage bolts I need for the Joystick.
2. The diameter of the joystick hole.
