I have a few official original Xbox HD AV packs left over from some CoinOps projects.  $20 shipped in US, do not come with the Component cables or Optical Audio Cable, just the box as pictured.  Will be shipped with tracking the same day or next day as payment received, paypal or money order.  I may also have other extra original xbox items, just let me know what you are looking for.

Afaik you need a second chipped xbox to softmod your xbox with a memory card. But you can use a xbox to usb adapter (there's one which you can plug into the controller like a memory card, but I can't remember the name atm) and try to find a compatible usb drive to use with the action replay software on your pc. It's a bit complicated to explain, but I can try to write you a short tutorial in the next days, just let me know if you're interested.
