this is a neo geo bar top that had only 6 games ! i converted it to an ultracade with around 250 games ! added a 19" lcd and made it 6 buttons each player plus added a lighted marquee !it has a new ultracade pc and new arcade lcd ! only used a few times this is a beauty and it was made very well !

No crazy chance you still have the original board out of this do you?
I have one that's had its pcb removed i'd like to restore back to original...
