mamewah on my cab crash with last history.dat

hi everyone, today I have upgraded my cab ( http://wikicab.mameitalia.net/index.php/LaderCab ) to last mameuifx 0.155 and mamewah 1.69 (I'm running xp sp3 + soft15khz on original arcade monitor, see other spec on link above on wikicab.. italian language only).
the problem is that with old history.dat (ver.1.48, january 2013) all is working perfect, but if I try to use the new 1.55 version, mamewah start normal but after few second get freeze: cpu usage is 99% and nothing happen, the only way to get out is open task manager and kill mamewah process. in the log file there are nothing usefoul (no message at all). mamewah freeze in the moment it should show history.dat info so I discovered that removing it or using the old one everithing works perfectly.
any ideas?
