I would like to set up something like Bluestacks on my PC as I get it set up for the cabinet.  However, I'm unclear on the best way to do this.  I've got two Ultrastiks, Ultralux RGB LED buttons, trackball and spinner.  Not all of it needs to work, but as the Ultrastiks are analog I'd think there should be a way?

Also, which is the best Android emulator out there?  Open to free and non-free options.

Thanks for any input on this!
