Login on Tapatalk

I installed Tapatalk on an IPad and tried to log in and it said "You are not allowed to login via Tapatalk, please contact your forum administrator."  I logged in before on Tapatalk on my iPhone and it still is logged in. It works for starting threads and replying Ect. Do I need to have one of the moderators set my account to allow me to log in using Tapatalk or is this a new security feature where we can not log in using Tapatalk?
