Keeping in Mind, there is no Tax being paid (depending upon where you live).
New York City is 8.75% (I paid tax on about half of those parts - Thanks Amazon)

Shipping - I would be willing to pay for UPS ground depending upon buyers location, yes.
I'm obviously in New York City

I would need to remove Noctua CPU Cooler to prevent shipping damage (vibration)

Actually, Many years ago I was involved with a large arcade company and may still have a few phone numbers to call.

In the meantime, I would like to sell this PC in order to buy some new things...
