Help ID this old coin door - a mystery

Thought I'd throw this out here:  can anyone help identify this coin door: what cabinet it might have been from, or the company that made it?  I tried searching online to no end result.

With that large of a return, it looks like something that has a coin payout to me. I don't recognize it at a glance though.
