Outrun accelerator torsion spring... where to find??

I'm looking for a replacement torsion spring for the accelerator pedal from my Stand-up Outrun cab.  The part number is KR-1211 but I haven't been able to find anyone selling.  I found two different people selling the spring for the brake pedal.... probably a lot more of those around since no one used the brake while playing Outrun   Anybody have one or know where I can get one??

I think suzo/happ carry the outrun parts now.  If you can't find it via the usual means, you might want to give them a call. 

They are quite desperate for business atm... they've cold-called me twice in the past month and I haven't bought anything from them in quite some time.

i checked their website but I may give them a call tomorrow.  I was having a smoke last night and had an idea to maybe drill another hole in the side of the pedal chassis a bit lower than where the current bolt resides that holds the catch tab for the torsion spring.  Basically I was thinking that if I lowered the bolt it would effectively ratchet the spring a bit harder and tighten it up.  I may give that a try.
