Pac Pro Leaf and reunion joysticks

Anybody find these joysticks a little too stiff?  What can I do to make them easier to use?  lighter spring?

I didn't find mine too stiff at all. Just right, in fact. But I guess a lighter spring might help.

hmmm..I just remember that Pac-Man was much easier to play back in the day....sticks were much easier on the hands/wrists.

Maybe I'm just getting old? :-\

I think 99% of the time, the joysticks on the games we played were well-worn out.

On my Ms. Pac I ended up using a grommet salvaged from the player 2 side of a Gorf cocktail, it was way better than the wrecked original and the new ones seemed to be too stiff.
