Easy, but make sure you bring a ratchet set with you. Just open the coin doors and unclip the CP. There should be holes where you can reach up and unclip them - You may need to feel around for the metal clips. There is one on each side (left and right). That will allow the CP to swing open (hinges on front). Careful, as the CP supports the glass bezel on the bottom. Remove the glass once the CP is lifted up. There should be two hex bolts on the inside of the CP. Remove them with the ratchet and bingo the CP will come off. Just make sure you disconnect the molex connectors going from the CP to the boards. Reverse the procedure to put it back.
Note: Obviously, you need to have access to the coin doors (key). If not, you can also do it from the rear door as well, it just might be harder to unlatch the clips from that angle.
