Elf 412-in-1 Vertical card keeps rebooting to title screen!

I bought a ELF 412-in-1 Vertical card from Holland Computers to install into my Namco Exceleena Blue Sit Down Cab.  I've rotated the monitor and bezel. 

I followed the instructions and the card show the Elf title, then screen goes out for 7 seconds the title screen comes back up. I left it on for at least 5 mins and it just keeps looping. 

When it's in Exeleena the monitor is rotated but the Title still shows up in the horizontal position.  There may be something else in the cab I have to switch to change things to vertical. 

I'm hoping this is just something to do with not sensing a vertical monitor?

Any help is appreciated!
