Which game is this joystick from?
« on: December 04, 2003, 08:55:03 pm »
Found this joystick lying around in a box and have no idea what game this came from......any ideas?   I am going to post it on Ebay soon so knowing exactly which game would be nice to have in the description.  How much would you expect I should get for this thing?

When you move the joystick handle around a couple of slides move between X-axis and Y-axis optics which are used to register the movement.  There are no microswitches here (see close up photo and you can see the slide go between the optics).

Here you can see one of the set of optics which the slide goes between :

I'm pretty sure thats out of a Bally/Midway  "Space Encounters"  caberet version. The full size upright used a flight yoke.
"Sinistar has bad breath"

Are you sure the Space Encounters used this type of joystick which has the X-axis and Y-axis optics in it?
