So I have both decided I am not that excited any more about this project and could use the money for other things.
I have a Midway cabinet with a 32" Insignia 1080P television attached to it. It is on a wall mount hanger so it can be pulled away from the cabinet and swiveled either direction if you wanted to watch TV on it.
Has a bunch of HDMI, VGA, MHL compatible etc etc....
I have four CP's built for it.
They are as follows:
Two player fighter with 3 over 3 plus 1 thumb button layout.
Two Player dual stick layout for smash TV, robotron, food fight, karate champ etc
Multi game layout with Trackball, groovy game gear push pull spinner (for DOT) flight stick and 4 buttons
Yoke controller with dual strike mod already done and working. Yoke is from stun runner, has been retro fit for full range of motion for star wars etc.
This yoke is the same internally as an original star wars yoke, Atari put a restrictor plate inside so it couldn't be pivoted forward. I removed the plate and added the missing centering spring. Also added thumb buttons to the handles on both sides. Other than the Overlay and the handles tilting inward instead of straight up this is now the same as a star wars yoke.
I replaced one potentiometer, I have another replacement but the original works great (and is worth some money)
The "hack" for a microsoft dual strike is done and the yoke is now USB plug and play, the board is mounted inside the box and there is a button on the back side for calibrating in windows.
Coin door works, dollar bill acceptor also works (though it will not take "new" 5's) Both are set up and wired into the Ipac, $1 registers correctly as 4 quarters.
Joysticks and buttons are new, Trackball is used but the bearings have been hot oiled and the ball is in great shape, so it works just fine.
Spinner is new with minimal use (less than an hour) other than the fighting CP none of it has been used for more then an hour, and the fighter CP has maybe 3 total hours on it.
Everything is wired through a new I-pac 4 and optipac.
Control panels are wired to jamma connectors and the cabinet has a jamma finger board wired to the ipac. so changing CP's is as easy as....unlatch, unplug the jamma and ground and switch it out.
USB hub is also under the CP for easy switch out of star wars yoke or other USB attached CP's
I also have a bunch of parts that will go with it. Joysticks, new and used....1 new 4 way a few 8 ways and a ton of buttons new and used. couple extra jamma finger boards and edge connectors, wire, terminal connectors 2 or three other track balls (used but "rehabbed")
Will include the laptop hard drive and usb adapter, has a full mame 152 on it, as well as hyper spin and all the moves box art etc (purchaser can have my gold hyperspin account and paid emu movies account also as I wont be needing them)
Cabinet is prepped and ready for final paint. Holes filled and sanded etc.
CP's are bare wood, I can cut T-molding slots in them before they leave if you want. They will need final sanding and paint or overlays or whatever you want to do with them.
I also have new T-molding that will go with the rest of the stuff.
Willing to listen to offers on all this. Not really looking to part out unless you wanted to by all the part minus the cabinet/heavy stuff to make it easier on shipping.
