Soft 15khz Laptop Intel Gma 4500

Seems to install and but I'm getting no output to the arcade monitor.  Using a Jpac so it won't output unless it's the proper signal for the arcade monitor.  Says I can only use 5 resolutions with Intel video card.  Do I need to specify them in the soft15khz.txt file?
