Hardy har har...I know my way around a computer.  I know exactly where I need to put the new rom.  I'll let you guys know how it goes.  Thanks for the suggestions, and the insults :)

So who wants to come by and play?

Still surprised nobody running Mario Kart has seen or diagnosed this issue.  But I'll try replacing the ROM with the Euro version to see if that works.  If anyone wants to help me try this, I'd appreciate it.  I've watched a bunch of videos and google searched how to do it...doesn't seem to hard, but always prefer someone who has done it to help me learn.

As I said earlier, if you have questions just post em.  We'll help.  And don't get your panties in a bunch about a little ball busting.  I'm not sure why you'd need to watch a video to learn how to replace or add a file to a directory when you know your way around a computer, but if you run into issues let us know.

If you want to throw in a couple of return Airline Tickets (I'll slum it in Upper Class, No need for First class).  London Gatwick or London Heathrow to NYC I'll come and play.
