Hi folks.
Did a quick search but to no avail.
Have a Coin Controls C120 in my cab. This accepts 5 different coins, e.g. 10p, 20p, 50p etc.
Each type of coin triggers output pulse on different lines.
At the moment, just twisted all together and linked to minipac to activate coin input.
I was wondering whether there was any circuitry/hacks to send a number of pulses with delay inbetween given which line is pulsed? For eg. Would send 1 pulse if 10p line pulsed or 5 if 50p line pulsed.
As you can tell, whilst I'm ok with a soldrring iron and keyboard hacks, circuut design is a bit beyond me!
However, it feels in theory thst this could be reasonably simple to someone who knows what they're doing!
555 timer chips and some kinda "pulse maker" chip? Always wanted to get handy wiyh a breadboard!
Alternatively, is there one to buy anywhere. I'm guessing this isnt the firdt time its come up.
Cheers and btw.... what a satisfying moment that was getting my rennovated ciin door in my cab and putting in my first 10p to play 1942!
