Source for Donkey Kong joystick
« on: January 16, 2014, 04:23:35 pm »
Where can I find a Donkey Kong joystick? Most joysticks I see look like a Pac-Man reproduction, with a large red ball on top. A DK joystick appears to me to have a much smaller black ball. It doesn't have to fit an authentic cabinet, as I'm building mine from scratch, but I would like it to look the same.

I would tell you but I cant give away all my secrets.  Just dont get twisted out of shape if you cant find one or if you pay a quarter over the price that you should be paying.

I can definitely understand getting an authentic do joystick. But I'd  recommend at least considering a 4/8 way switchable stick. That way if you end up wanting to play some other games you're all set.

There were a couple this week on the klov b/s/t section, you just got check that thing multiple times a day. The TQ one looks like it's just a happ stick with a metal plate. There's something special about the old clunky nintendo sticks that can't be captured any other way.

good day.

His inventory seems to be declining. Many common items that were in stock on his site a year ago are gone.
