Yeah, my buddy and I were going to swing by but then my sitter fell through so I'm not going. A 5 year old and an auction don't mix.

Are you going?

Did you go there keilmillerjr or did you go online?
Sorry to hear you missed the good stuff

I just checked in on what sold for what and there were some good prices.

One of the sitdown Crazy Taxis (in good working shape with a little screen burn) went for $150
Gauntlet Legends 4 went for $100 and simpsons went for $175
Sega virtua cop sold for only $50

The pins sold at considerably more.

They have a brand new Jersey Jack limited edition Wizard of Oz which had a $7500 reserve that didn't sell.

Next one, I'm gonna actually bid on some.

I went online immediately after reading this post. There definitely were some good prices. I'm only 1.5 hours away too! Hopefully if there is another auction like this, I find out earlier.

Did anyone here take anything home?

As a matter of fact, neither the Jersey Jack nor the Hyper Pin Multi-Table virtual machine sold.
People checked them out and thought they were cool but that's it.

I'm not sure who that is but I saw a few obvious collectors.
I had the pleasure of meeting a guy by the name of Bob Adams.
He's big with vintage pinballs, he deals with collectors all over the world.
Real nice guy.

John is big on KLOV and does videos called "John's Arcade" on YouTube and is also one of the hosts on the Arcade Outsiders podcast.

The virtual pin looked pretty nice, I don't know how much they usually go for but I was a little surprised there were no bids.

Oh ok. I know who he is now. I downloaded his donkey kong mala template once.
I remember seeing him at the auction. He was with another guy who was wearing a
Klov shirt.

On the virtual pin, from what I know, the owner had like $3500 into it.

I just found out today that the next auction is scheduled for March 8th.
They'er also working out some of the bugs from the first one.
I'm not sure exactly whats gonna be there, the warehouse is somewhat sparse right now but I'm told they're expecting more machines at this one.

The only machines I know of so far are some fighters left over from the first one and possibly an upright After Burner as well as some left over pins and merrit bar tops.

I didn't actually go this time but over on Klov, some are saying that a good amount of machines didn't make reserve.
I stopped in there yesterday to pickup a check for some repair work I did and there were still a lot of machines in there which may be normal as not everyone picks up their machine that day but it seems like usually its a bit more cleared out than that, the next day.
