Sega Model 2 Arcade monitor questions
« on: January 07, 2014, 03:21:24 pm »
Just purchased the above, and have since placed an order to make a custom control panel etc for use with MAME, I have also purchased the Arcade VGA  3000 card.  However I have just read that all Sega model systems run at 24khz, does this mean that the card wont work?  If apparently there is a possibility that there maybe a switch to change to low re (15khz), but if not can I change the chassis for a low res one?

thanks in advance

Either way that card will work.
But being a Sega cabinet, there's a good chance it's a
Nanao monitor with switchable resolutions.
