Are the width of the shafts of the Happs Ultimate joys equal to the Happs Pacman sticks?

I can't answer your question, but I'm a little concerned about why you are asking :)

If you are thinking that you can just swap out the sticks, it's VERY unlikely that this will work.  There are other features on the shaft of the stick that differ with each model.

If you are asking for other reasons......check out the HAPP site.  I know they have the PAC stick shaft diameter listed.  Maybe the Ultimates as well.
