Hi,
Is it possible to glue a mdf monitor support directly on Formica with a polyurethane glue? I want to do that with some screw too.

you are going to have to uses some screws anyway... formica doesn't like much sticking to it.
maybe some "construction adhesive" will help hold things in place...
