Asteroids Deluxe Restoration Project Possibility?

I was thinking the other day that I would start a new project (since the main Mame cabinet is 90% complete).  I really like Asteroids and thought that I might be able to restore (save) a cabinet so I started looking around and came across one on Ebay (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3256409818&category=13718&rd=1)
I know its a deluxe cabinet which would still be cool, but by the pictures what do you guys think the possibilities of this cabinet are?   ???

Or am I just chasing my tail with this one and should continue to look?  ::)
