Power Supply Hookup?
« on: December 08, 2013, 09:06:26 am »
Hi folks:  I picked up one of these power supplies....just checking in to make sure I connect it right:

So I get a 3 wire power cord, and connect the ground to FG, but for the AC, which wire goes were?  The power supply is marked by AC 1 and AC 2 as shown in the attachment.

Thanks

Majority of the time it doesnt matter, AC1 & AC2 are basically the same thing.  What game is it for?

Thanks Louis for the diagram and help :)  Got it.....will hook it up today.

I had this hooked up to a Jamma 60 in 1 board, but now am switching over to MAME, but need the DC power supply for the lights and buttons.

Cheers,

Do I need to add a 3Amp fuse somewhere down the line?

You don't really need any inline fuse after the power supply but
As long as it sized correctly, it won't hurt you either.
