PC Set Up With Front End And Ready To Go - Plug And Play - In Uk

looking to purchase a base unit fully set up and ready to plug into my cabinet , im based in England . I know this seems lazy and yes I guess it is !
With regards to whats on the PC as many Emulators as possible and a nice user friendly front end also I would like the unit to boot directly to the games .
