Hiding Windows 7

I have everything setup on Maximus, I just need some guidance on how to hide Windows 7 and have the computer autoboot into Maximus. I've only been able to find steps for XP. A post with steps or even a link to something would help. Thank you.

Plenty of guides out there, your key word is shelling.
