Connectors for ultimarc controllers and switches
« on: November 24, 2003, 07:21:56 am »
I discovered while assembling my control panel that the connectors for the Ultimarc joysticks and buttons are larger than the happ ones that I have. Where do you get the crimp on connectors for these guys? I had to hack the smaller connectors to work in this temporary case.

Thanks,

Cameron

http://Groovygamegear.com sells the bigger .25 crimp on connectors in red and blue.

.25" is also the size they sell in the automotive aisle of your neighborhood whatever-mart.

I spent an embarassing month or two insisting that the wal-mart kind were .187" but I was wrong, they are perfect for Ultimarc switches at .25"

.25" is the automotive standard I guess.

Yeah its the smaller ones that are sometimes hard to find. I've crimped a few of the bigger ones to fit the smaller terminals.
