TV-out capability of ATI AIW VE?

This is a relatively new PCI card based on the 7500 chipset (famed for its TV-out) with S-Video output.  Unfortunately, PCI is a necessity for me until I upgrade my PC in the future.
I wonder if anyone has seen its S-video output in action or has any knowledge about whether it uses the same or better TV signal generation hardware as previous 7500 and later models.
