Are you running the Naomi on an emulator, or the real hardware?  You've got so much stuffed into your cab that I can't tell!  I watched the whole video, but unfortunately I'm not bilingual!

It's an original Naomi 2 with CF reader. I've also a Neo geo MV1FZ with 120 in 1 cartridge in the cab (i select the system with one sanwa button at the rear of the cab)

You can see all my youtube video for more details on this New astro.

One of three situations where having a frenchie for a girlfriend comes in handy. She walked in and said, "do i hear french?" and translated.

On that note GREAT JOB.

Sur ce, c'est vraiment du bon boulot!

Does it not have the white flash if not using an original gun board?
That would be a nice benefit.

Stock Naomi gun games use a 10 LED sensor ring, 5 above and 5 below the monitor.  The LEDs track the gun, so no flash. Unfortunately the system is expensive and has some reliability issues. This is why a 'simple' cheaper solution would rock.

I'm about to drill 10 holes in an otherwise beautiful monitor surround to get my gun cab running.  This solution would allow the use of an easily removable sensor bar with much less cosmetic damage, not to mention the price of a Naomi LED sensor setup is about $100 with about the same for the gun board and each gun!

thanks for interest  ;D

Now, the project has a name => G2N : Gun2Naomi

The link for the "how to" in french (he's not finish)

http://www.gamoover.net/Forums/index.php?topic=27895.0

I think the price for one complete gun is about 100$ (150$ for two complete gun)

You must have for one gun

-Standard sega IOBoard
-one wireless Wii sensorbar
-one old nintendo wiimote (original not a copy)
-one G2N (Gun2Naomi) Mainboard
-one G2N pistol board

Good to see some gun project.

Loved the guns on my Dreamcast back then.
So maybe for some other project in the near future  >:D

Keep a eye on it
