  • I want to build my own arcade controls!
I'm in San Jose, CA.

It's an official Capcom SF2T board. It works.

I have _no_ idea what I'm doing with CRTs. I have a Wells Gardner monitor that has crappy convergence and needs to be degaussed/tweaked.

I will also throw in free beer.

degauss?

Get a PC CRT monitor, put it glass to glass with your arcade monitor, and hit the degauss button on the PC monitor, BAM arcade monitor is degaussed.

Calibrate, just mark the neck rings with a white marker and adjust the rings till the picture looks good (helps to have a mirror or a friend) and if you mess it up, you line everything back to the white line you marked at first and try again. Easy peasy.
