Rowe CD-100E not working
« on: October 31, 2013, 10:47:25 pm »
I just bought 4 Rowe CD-100E jukeboxes and all look complete but do not work and I really don't know where to start. The 2 I plugged in seem to turn on and I hear the amp make noise, I do not see any errors on LED's or on the front but I can not get anything to play or the carousel to even do anything. I put it in Service mode and pressed cancel on the carousel and I was told this should make it spin but I get nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately did not get any manuals. Where is this orange wire located or should I say where should I check the voltage at?

You need to check that the power supply LEDs are all on and voltages are correct.

Your first job however is to buy the correct manal so you at least have a fighting chance of moving forward.

Working on getting a manual.  The Central Control Computer has the 5V LED lit and on the carousel also has the 5V LED lit along with the Index LED.

you can buy them off ebay for a few bucks though.
