Suzo-Happ Free Shipping on orders over $25

I received a call from Suzo-Happ today saying they were running free shipping on online orders over $25.  I know a lot of people don't like them because of the shipping but I thought I would throw this out there since they do have an excellent stock of arcade related parts.

Time to get marquee retainers?  I remember that as a uniquely expensive thing to ship.

I created a login and tried to check out.

There's no reference to free shipping.

There's not even an option to select USPS flat rate that some people have recently mentioned them using, unless it is the "Flat Rate FedEx Ground" at the top.

Maybe it was a cold call sales promotion for buyers.  Or its like Amazon who admit to different prices for different people.

I specifically asked if it was applicable to specific buyers or anyone and they did say anyone.  You can always call and ask.

OK, spoke to my rep and she said that I was given incorrect info.  However, when I expressed that more people in our community would order if they had reasonable shipping, she offered to extend free shipping to the entire BYOAC community on orders over $25.    This offer even extends to Makvision CRT monitors which are due in on 11/6.  I personally don't need one but the shipping on these alone is in excess of $100.  Also, she said that these are still readily available but sell out almost immediately upon receiving new stock.  Her contact info:

Just call her and tell her that you got her contact via arcade forum we all participate in.  If you want to give her a name, Al T. from Castleton, NY.  I told her I would put together a shopping list and e-mail in advance and then call to process the order.   Not the greatest system as I would prefer to do it online but for free shipping....

"Also go ahead and send my email to your peers, I will apply the FREE FREIGHT promotion to them also. The only rule is that the order must be a minimum of $25.00. "

Hmm, never did ask that one but based on our conversation it was clear she had a lot of flexibility in choosing how to apply it and to whom.  I will also add that she discounted some of my items a little bit more than the website price.  I ended up picking up some buttons, marquee retainer, and a coin door.
